Description Enormous living space and detachable front canopy make this tent a real home from home. The Vango Amazon 800 is back for another year keeping all the great features from last year and with a few small additions. The Amazon 800 is a large family tunnel tent with sleeping space for upto 8 people. The Amazon 800 pitches flysheet first meaning you can keep the inner dry should the weather turn and is easy to pitch with it's tunnel design. The steel pole structure is solid and reliable and coupled with a Protex 5000 flysheet makes for a durable tent that you can rely on. Storage is taken care of with a large roller bag provided to keep all of your equipment together. Inside the Vango Amazon 800 offers an abundance of space eith a massive living area, plenty big enough for a table an chairs, and flexible sleeping options. The Amazon 800 is supplied with 3 seperate bedroom pods - one large which can be seperated using a detachable divider and 2 smaller which can be used as required allowing for more living space if all bedroom pods are not needed. An air flow vent system is included to keep the atmosphere inside the tent comfortable and mesh doors and windows allow for extra ventilation as required whilst keeping and insects out. The crystal clear windows of the Vango Amazon 800 make the interior light and airy and the flexible front door can be opened fully to give a 'veranda feel' to the tent. A cable entry point is included to allow easy access to an electrical hook-up and inner pockets and hanging organisers help to keep all your essentials close at hand. Outside the Vango Amazon 800 offers fantastic protection from the elements. Both side doors to the Amazon 800 are covered to allow sheltered entrance in poor weather. Taped seams, a fully sewn in groundsheet and a storm skirt system are included to provide maximum protection for anyone inside the tent. In fairer weather the large detachable canopy on the front of the Amazon 800 can offer a shady position for some al-fresco dining - great for those long Summer evenings.
