Returns Policy: If you wish to return your goods for an exchange or a replacement you should contact us at returns@greatoutdoorsdirect.co.uk within 28 days of delivery. Provided the goods are new, in an unused condition and you return the original receipt we will dispatch the alterative goods immediately. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the original. If you want to return the goods, due to them being faulty, please email the full details with a contact telephone number and we will respond the next working day. If, after examination, we agree the goods are faulty you will receive a full refund including the cost of return. Cancellation of Orders: We aim to meet the Distance Selling Regulations and subject to meeting the requirements of our returns policy, outlined above, each customer has the right to cancel their order within 7 days of receiving. Refunds: We will refund any goods that are returned in an unused, as new condition together with proof of purchase. Provided the goods are unused and as new you are entitled to return to us for up to 28 days from receipt. We recommend you use registered post or guaranteed delivery as Great Outdoors Direct cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit whist being returned to us. Goods returned under these circumstances will be at your own cost. We will refund, by the original method of payment, as quickly as possible.
